Payment Confirmation - Disclose how the service will reach your customers and should have the following statements:
- The Takufu provides all possible payment options for our customer’s convenience. Cash on Delivery (COD), Cash on Location (COL), Bank Transfer (BT), Credit Card (CC). Please note some payment methods might be unavailable for specific destination countries or new customers.
- In certain cases, for payments made via Credit Card, we might get in touch with you to request for additional personal documents, such as a passport copy or ID card, in order to confirm your order. This is required to verify the identity of the buyer and protect the cardholder against any possibility of fraudulent payments.
- The time duration for the payment confirmation to reach the customer is within 1 to 2 hours.
Refund Policy - Returns are simple!
Please contact our customer service team so we can help you with getting the item back and completing the returns process.
- We accept returns within 24 hours of receipt, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or wrong product. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavour to send you another or refund the payment.
- We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
- The customer service team will assist you in arranging the return. Refund price includes only the cost of the item and does not include any custom duties or other charges. Items must be received by us in the same condition as when shipped with all tags intact.
- Please note that we mark our final sale items as ‘No return on this item’, once purchased such items cannot be returned.
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
- Customer can cancel the order within 24 hours of receipt of the item.
- The refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.
- Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
DELIVERY/ SHIPPING POLICY - The delivery time of items depends on the location of the customer and payment methods. You can check the delivery time of each item by selecting the destination country in the product page. Refer to the table below for more details:
- Shipping Policy should mention the process of shipping the items/goods (ex; by courier)
- We do deliver to UAE’s all emirates.
- The time duration for the shipment to reach the customer is 2 to 3 Working days. Personalized items may vary as the item needs to be prepared upon order confirmation.
- The delivery to UAE for Orders more than 125 AED will be free. The delivery to other emirates for orders less than 125 AED is chargeable to 20 AED.
Multiple Shipment/ Orders / Bookings
- The multiple booking/orders/shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement’
- Refund Policy - Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
Like the following:
- The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
- The product is defective.
- The product was damaged in shipping.
- The product is tampered.
